Meetings: The Scioto County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society meets every other month on the second Saturday, beginning in February each year, at 11:00 a.m. in the Robert Copley Meeting Room at the Scioto County Public Library at 1220 Gallia Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.

 

Meetings are open to the public without charge.  SCCOGS offers programs, both in-person and hybrid, featuring a wide variety of topics and speakers.  Please see our Events page for more information about the Programs planned for our upcoming meetings.

Board Meetings are held on alternate months as the Chapter Meetings at the SCCOGS Research Library; members are invited to attend.  Please let us know if you are joining us for a Board Meeting by using the blue Contact Us button at the top of the page or using the RSVP function on the Events page of our website.
